OSquare Agency provides web design, development, and digital strategy services. All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual client proposals and contracts.
3. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and code created by OSquare Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed in the project contract.
4. Limitation of Liability
OSquare Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
